three times. One goes wrong.

SECTION 02

Where wholesale orders quietly slip.

Order pain rarely announces itself — it’s the line nobody flagged until the customer called, and the hours your team burns re-typing the same order off a fax, into a sheet, then into the accounts tool. Logged here, the way a despatch clerk would — with what each one actually costs.

  1. 01 Typed in three times The same order gets re-keyed off the fax, into the spreadsheet, then into accounts — three chances to get it wrong. RE-KEYING
  2. 02 The price was wrong Each customer has their own rates, and the right number lives in someone’s memory until an order ships under-priced. WRONG PRICE
  3. 03 An order got missed It landed in an inbox, a voicemail or a fax tray and sat unread until the customer rang to chase it. MISSED ORDER
  4. 04 Sold what wasn’t there An order gets taken against stock nobody checked, so a line is oversold before anyone notices. STOCKOUT
  5. 05 Quotes that drag Pricing a new order means digging for the customer’s terms, so the quote goes out a day late or not at all. SLOW QUOTES
  6. 06 Re-typed, re-broken Order details get re-keyed into stock and accounts, so numbers drift and invoices go out wrong. ERRORS
SECTION 02B · FIELD REPORTS

You’re not imagining it.

Real reviews from operators running the order and inventory tools you’ve likely considered — describing the exact problem, in their own words. These are their public reviews of other software, not testimonials for OpsMavix.

instead of recode/remap data on our EDI file, they told me to edit data on each order manually and went MIA.
Tyra N., RetailSoftware Advice review of Cin7
We have had an inventory value difference of $80k that cannot be explained or fixed for over 12 months.
Michael E., WholesaleSoftware Advice review of Cin7
you’re captured as a client with an extremely costly exit if you want to.

Sourced from public Software Advice and Trustpilot reviews. We quote the problem these operators describe — not an endorsement of OpsMavix. Their experience is exactly the gap a system you own is built to close.

SECTION 03 · TOLERANCE

You’ve priced the big ERP. You’ve been burned by the cheap tool. There’s a middle.

Six-figure systems you’d never own on one side; tools that drop EDI orders and trap you on exit on the other. We build the band in between — one order board shaped to how you actually sell. The customer portal is optional: phone, fax, email and PDF orders all still land on the same board, so no customer is ever forced to change how they buy.

One order boardEvery order read, priced & checked against stock — in one place✓ no re-keying
SECTION 04 · SPECIFICATION

What we draft into one system.

Three things that stop the bleeding — one board for every channel, the right price and stock checked automatically, supplier and despatch in one place. Built around how you already take orders, not a template.

OUT-01

One order board for every channel

Fax, phone, email, PDF and the optional portal all land on one board — each order followed placed to shipped, with owner and status the whole team can see.

Replaces: Replaces: email threads · phone notes · the order spreadsheet

OUT-02

Auto price + stock check

Every order is priced at that customer’s own rate and checked against live stock as it’s entered — so it can’t ship under-priced or oversold.

Replaces: Replaces: price lists in someone’s head · manual stock checks

OUT-03

Supplier PO + despatch in one place

Low stock raises a purchase order, despatch is tracked against each line, and the details hand off to invoicing without re-typing.

Replaces: Replaces: chasing carriers · last-minute supplier calls · re-keyed invoices

SECTION 05 · AS-IS / TO-BE

Same order. One drawing apart.

AS-IS · NO SYSTEM

A faxed order is re-typed into the spreadsheet — a 6 becomes a 0 on one line, and the customer’s standing price is missed. It’s re-keyed again into accounts, so the wrong quantity ships at the wrong price and the invoice has to be cancelled.

Re-keyed · wrong line, wrong price
TO-BE · WITH OPSMAVIX

The same order lands on one board, read once and priced at the customer’s own rate, checked against live stock as it’s entered. The team sees it move pick to shipped, and the details hand off to invoicing without anyone re-typing a figure.

Entered once · priced & checked
SECTION 06 · BILL OF SCOPE

Three build sizes. Fixed scope.

Pick the band you’re in — the exact number lands in your plan before anything gets built.

A mid-market ERP runs £100k+ and a year to roll out — for order management you’d use a fraction of. These builds are fixed-scope, live in weeks, and yours to own.

A Starter Fix £3k–£10k One order board, placed to shipped, with per-customer pricing.
B Growth System £10k–£25k One board with auto price and live stock check, plus the optional B2B portal.
C Operations Platform £25k+ A connected wholesale system across orders, stock, supplier POs, despatch and invoice handoff.

G-01

Scoped before you commit

You see the exact figure and everything that gets built in your plan — before you pay to build a thing.

G-02

Delivery guaranteed, in writing

We guarantee delivery of what’s scoped. Not a results promise — a delivery one we put on paper.

G-03

You own it outright

No per-seat fees, no lock-in, no vendor sunset. The system is yours to keep and to change.

G-04

Built & backed by the founder

You talk to the person who builds it — not a reseller, not a support queue, not a sales rep.

SECTION 07 · NOTES

Drafting notes.

N01My customers will never use a portal.
They don’t have to. The portal is optional — phone, fax, email and PDF orders all still land on the same board, read and priced for you. Nobody is forced to change how they buy. The portal just lets the customers who want to place and track their own orders, taking that entry off your team.
N02What if you get bought or disappear, like our last tool?
You own the build outright — no per-seat fees, no licence to revoke, no vendor that can sunset it or trap you on exit. It runs on infrastructure you control and it’s yours to keep and change. Nobody can switch it off or hold your data hostage.
N03Do we have to replace our accounting or stock tools?
No. We connect to the tools you already rely on and build around them, so order details hand off to invoicing and stock instead of being re-keyed.
N04What does it cost?
Most wholesale builds land between £3k and £25k+, fixed-scope. You get the exact number in your plan before you commit to building anything.
